Happy New year 2009  SUMMER FEST IN VENICE BEACH is here.  The event everyone has been waiting for! This will take place on August 15th and 16th, 2009 and will be an all day event with 200 booths, stage acts, and lots of fun for everyone. 

Over 50,000 will be at this two day event with over a hundred vendors, all day stage acts for the whole family.

Thank you for visiting our new web site. As an events and marketing business, we want to give you the opportunity to stay in touch with our company and our offers. Our staff will enable us to keep you up to date on what's going on.  Kids Birthday parties are another one of our specialties.

In brief, you should know the following about us: our company was established in 2000 and has been responsible for putting on craft shows, fashion shows, and coordinating with other groups for over 7 years. Our services include fund raising, model searches, business marketing/generating leads, and new client research. We also provide booth set up for expos and festivals product like chairs, table and canopy.

 SUMMER FEST IN VENICE BEACH, CA!
                                                                               Fx3event event will put on the biggest summer event ever on August 15 and 16, 2009.   

This will be and annual event hosting many kinds of vendors that provide many services, products and quality merchandise that will please many people.  Venice visitors include locals from OC, LA, and people from all over the world that come to the beach for fun, sun, shopping, and entertainment. We will have all that and more. . Over a hundred vendors, all day stage acts for kids and family for two days. Illusionist Julian will show off his magic which will shock amaze and put a smile on your face. Formidable Melanie Opera singer will open this show with the American National Anthem and will sing Disney songs from Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and Pocahontas. Many kids will have singing and dancing acts which will amaze even American Idol fans. This event  has been two years in planning with a lot of coordinating and hard work. We know you will find this to be a great event for all ages.  So come see us and enjoy the summer with us at Summer Fest 2009. 

For vendors: Vendor space is open now.  $100 will hold your space.


We are quickly receiving a large response on this event. Attendees are buyers/shoppers, tourists, locals, vacationers, college students, parents, and kids. Everyone will be off to the beach to visit see this event so we expect high traffic.

Spaces start at $350 for 10 x 10 We know there will be a very big call on this so don't wait till the last week cause we will hate to have to say no to any vendor. Sponsors please send you request to in writing.  


Gold               $1,500       Two 10 x 10 booths, logo on stage , all banners, flyers, and adds, web site


Silver             $1,000       Two 10 x 10 booths, logo on main banner, web site


Bronze             $  750         Logo on banner web site and space is in front.


Our list is already growing.  If we can squeeze up to 200 more vendor in we will let you know. We are not taking everything so email or call in  your request.

"T' WAS THE NIGHT BEFORE A CHRISTMAS STORY Starring Quiana Parlar from 2nd Season American Idol Writer director Matt Hewes from Grace Everlasting, T' WAS THE NIGHT BEFORE A CHRISTMAS STORY, is coming in December 2009 a "Gospel", a musical combining gospel and opera, about three people, a teacher, a preacher and a gang leader, who, because of life's circumstances, give up hope. Until, on a New York subway train, on Christmas eve, a miracle reminds them the reason for the season. Their spirits are renewed, giving them the courage to change their lives.
