What better way to give a gift from the heart than at a year long show.
This is event will be sent to Downtown LA arts show and craft. A goo time for  Valentine event for all.  There will be about 60 vendors and food vendors. ART SQuare attracts over 30,000 people and is every 2nd Thursday of the month. Please refer to your calendar for specific dates. Hours vary by gallery, but can typically range from Noon – 10PM. Many of The Downtown Art Walk activities take shape in and around the galleries predominantly on Spring and Main streets between 2nd and 9th streets. However, there is a plethora of art related events and openings, activities, and special programming that take place all over downtown. Stay on the left side and exit on the 5th/6th Street exits. Merge onto 6th street and follow the curve to the left. On Main Street turn left and continue a few blocks to find parking at Downtown ART WALK . Broadway Spring Center Parking

  1800 OCEAN FRONT WALK VENICE, CALIFORNIA   Celebrating the 3rd Annual Summer Feat Festival Celebrating 3nd years of giving in Venice, the 2010 Summer  Festival  10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.  Two days of family fun at the beach.
See the World famous Thriller Dancers who will open the show.  Over 5,000 people and 60 Bands live on stage up close and food from all over the world. Also Help out the Homeless and "Save me a penny Walk" open the show for two days. Take part in the walk with the Thriller Dancers.   This show can't get any HOTTER....

Event Rules and Regulations: 
Upon signature of this vendor contract there will be no refunds for any reason on both space unless event does not take place. As city cost staffing and advertising for show are nonrefundable.
Common Rules Selected:
Vendors can share a booth (popular among some elderly). Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds unless show is canceled. Refunds are paid in full only if show canceled.  Allow up to 90 day.
Show Credits available by condition. Event will be Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. Trash must be removed from your space to provide receptacles. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. NO Gas Generators. Pets OK! No Early Pack up Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas.  I understand and agree with the following: I am applying to participate as a vendor in the above mentioned promoter's show. I may not be accepted to this show. Acceptance into the show is at the discretion of the Promoter. WAIVER OF LIABILITY STATEMENT The applicant is responsible for your own liability insurance. The event promoters, The City of Los Angeles and Orange County, its agents, contractors, directors and officials are not responsible for any actions, which result in claim of liability on the part of event applicant and their booth activity. In addition, the above names mentioned are also not liable for any injured, judgments or claims, which are a direct result of applicants’ judgment, action or inter-activity with the public at such a large attending event.  If there is a jury fee, it may not be refunded. I will follow all rules and regulations of the venue, the promoter, and other appropriate parties.
