Booth cost -  $350 front, $375 corner  Food Vendor $675        $550 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To cut cost bring your own company set up, canopy, table and chairs. Please have weights and dolly.  You can leave set up over night. No early pack up or driving cars on site until end of event. For the safety of the kids and family this will be enforced because the event is on heavily trafficked boardwalk. Our staff will direct each vendor on and off events so your patience is warranted.

Event Rules and Regulations: 
Upon signature of this vendor contract there will be no refunds for any reason on both space unless event does not take place.    
Common Rules Selected:
Vendors can share a booth (popular among some elderly). Spots are assigned prior to show based by promoter. No Refunds unless show is canceled. Refunds are paid in full only if show canceled.  Allow 30 to 90 day.
Show Credits available by condition. Event will be Held Rain or Shine! Overnight Security Provided. NO vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, or bottled water. Trash must be removed from your space to provide receptacles. Trash must be removed from event premises. No receptacles provided. NO Gas Generators. Pets OK! No Early Pack up Allowed. Floor Length Table Cloth Required. NO Setup until vehicle fully unloaded and moved. Vehicle must be parked in designated areas.
I understand and agree with the following: I am applying to participate as a vendor in the above mentioned promoter's show. I may not be accepted to this show. Acceptance into the show is at the discretion of the Promoter. WAIVER OF LIABILITY STATEMENT The applicant is responsible for your own liability insurance. The event promoters, The City of Los Angeles, its agents, contractors, directors and officials are not responsible for any actions, which result in claim of liability on the part of event applicant and their booth activity. In addition, the above names mentioned are also not liable for any injured, judgments or claims, which are a direct result of applicants’ judgment, action or inter-activity with the public at such a large attending event.  If there is a jury fee, it may not be refunded. I will follow all rules and regulations of the venue, the promoter, and other appropriate parties. If I do not adhere to all regulations or if I misrepresent myself or my work, I will be asked to leave the show. Until I receive confirmation from the show's promoter, I will not consider myself to be accepted to this show. I agree to indemnify and hold Fx3events.com, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by myself or any third party due to or arising out of my applying to this show, participating in this show, or my violation of any rights of another party. Name: ________________________________________________________________
